Beverly Jones has a passion for lifelong learning and will achieve impact in your organisation by engaging with the workforce and other key stakeholders. Since 2004 she has worked with all of the Local Authorities in the East of England as well as school improvement projects and work with the 3rd Sector.
The aim of all of the work is to develop a workforce who find the focus of their work rewarding and enjoyable. They are then well placed to enable children to be independent, ambitious learners.
Formerly the Head of a nationally recognised extended secondary school, she has 20 years experience as a school leader. She recruited, trained, developed and retained a range of adults in and around the school to deliver a personalised learning programme to the children and families in the community. All of her work has been based on partnership.
As a consultant, Beverly brings proven experience of successful strategic leadership, maximising performance and delivering major organisational and cultural change together with an excellent understanding of issues affecting children and young people. She works in partnership with a group of other consultants. They are all experienced in working with National bodies delivering programmes for the Department for schools children and families and the Department of Media and Culture.
